Your cart

Selections are saved in your browser’s local storage so you can return to them. You can remove items from the cart or clear your browser’s site data. Shipping addresses and email addresses are not saved in browser storage.

Shipping & payment

In the local test checkout, StaChus sends your US destination to Shippo for address validation and shipping quotes. StaChus stores the normalized destination with your order and passes it to the Stripe payment record. StaChus collects your email for order confirmations, order communication and shipping or fulfillment updates, and passes it to Stripe to prefill checkout. Stripe collects your payment details, and lets you choose the USPS service. The delivery address remains fixed; return to the StaChus cart to change it and recalculate shipping. This does not create a StaChus login or save card details for future use. Use test details only. StaChus does not receive raw card details. Test order records are saved privately in the local project. Netlify is the intended host for the public website and its future order services.

Test order records include your supplied contact and address details, selected items, payment references and totals. They remain in private local storage until the studio removes them. Shippo receives your supplied destination, the studio’s private origin and packed parcel measurements to calculate test rates. Quotes expire after 15 minutes; expired quote records are removed by local maintenance after one day. A quote used for checkout remains in its private test order snapshot. Live order retention and fulfillment arrangements will be confirmed before launch. Stripe and Shippo retain test records under their own terms. Hosting services may process connection logs.

Optional new-piece notifications

If you select the optional notification checkbox at checkout, we record your consent. After verified payment, your email, name and shipping address may be copied to a private Google spreadsheet to manage your subscription and preferences. Without that choice, your order email is not added to the marketing list. Leaving the checkbox unchecked on a later order does not cancel an earlier subscription. Contact us to change your preferences. No promotional emails are being sent during this test phase.

Private bookkeeping

Verified paid orders may be copied to a private Google spreadsheet for bookkeeping. The Orders worksheet contains order totals, items, name, email and destination city, state and ZIP, without your street address. The separate subscriber worksheet includes the shipping address only for customers who opted in. Google receives this information only when the studio enables the private reporting integration.

Contacting us

When you submit a custom request, Netlify processes and stores the name, email and message you provide so the studio can reply. Its spam protection may process connection information. You can also contact us directly by email.

No advertising trackers

This site does not include advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Anonymous event hooks are prepared in the page, but no external analytics service receives them unless explicitly enabled. Links to Instagram, Facebook and payment or shipping services lead to sites with their own privacy terms.

Questions or deletion requests

Email StaChusLLC@outlook.com to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Some transaction information may need to be retained for accounting, disputes or legal obligations.
